People tell us all the time they’re nervous to get started, and we get it – starting something new feels daunting and it can be intimidating. But we promise you, that once you walk in the doors at TFC, that’s gonna be the hard part over!
At TFC you can learn Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ and MMA. We teach adults and kids from 6yrs and up. Memberships are unlimited, and we have classes from early morning through to the evening. The getting started process is easy work:

Our 700 square metre sports combat training facility is packed with everything you need to succeed. We offer a full sized boxing ring, MMA cage as well as dedicated floor space spaces for MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, and Boxing. TFC prides itself on a meticulously maintained gym to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
