Our kids Muay Thai classes are a fun and enjoyable way to learn the core foundations of self defense. Every parent hates the thought of their child finding themself in a situation where they need to defend themselves. But what would be worse is the thought of them in a position where they need to defend themselves and don’t know how. Muay Thai teaches kids punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
