This Member Assist area is complimentary to your TFC member app.  Here you can do things like – 

  • request to suspend (pause) your membership
  • view the most up to date membership terms & conditions
  • learn about the TFC Grading system and class structure
  • view the member code of conduct cheat sheet

We update this information as and when required.  When this happens, active TFC members will be notified via email.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATIONS NOTICE: Cancellation requests must now be submitted via your TFC Member app.  Here are some key points that apply to Membership cancellations at TFC –

  • Memberships can not be cancelled while in a contract term without sufficient evidence.  Cancellations in contract without grounds and evidence may incur a pay out figure of 80% of the remainder of your contract. Please see your contract terms & conditions (a copy of your contract was emailed to you on the day of your sign up).
  • A 4-week notice period applies to ALL direct debit memberships at TFC without exception.  This means that even if you are released early from your minimum contract term, the notice period still applies.  E.g/ You are 8 weeks in to a 26 week (6 month) contract when you move interstate.  You have 18 more weeks in your contract term, but you provide evidence of your move so that you can be released early.  You must still see out the 4-week notice period.  In this case that would mean you pay for 4 more weeks instead of the remaining 18 weeks.
  • While you are in a contract term the member app will not allow you to submit a cancellation request.  If this happens, here’s what to do next – the app will allow you to submit a request from the date that your contract is eligible for; you can choose to do this, OR if you would like to discuss cancelling before you are eligible you must email [email protected] to start this process.  When you email please provide as much information as possible so that our team can get back to you with your options.
