It is not always easy for people in Brisbane to make it to a Muay Thai or boxing class due to their busy lives. The Fight Centre caters to those whose schedule may differ from the regular 9 am-5 pm workers. We offer private Muay Thai sessions and personal boxing training throughout various times of the day.

There are many benefits to personal training aside from convenience. You can get more focused instruction and a progressive individualized plan, among others.

The benefits of Personal training classes

One-on-one kickboxing lessons allow you to learn the technique at a much faster rate than you would in a class format. Although classes are an excellent way to learn, it often takes a little longer to perfect the basics. You’d have to share your time with a single trainer with the rest of the class. Small bad habits can form, and incorrect technique is often learned without a good training partner to keep you in check.

Coaches running our personal boxing training and Muay Thai training are all past or present fighters with years of experience in the sport. We offer private lessons in boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Depending on your goals, you can also apply techniques to a more “street self-defence” style.
