Fight Night 6 – Muay Thai Only!
TFC is turning 10 years old, and to kick off the celebrations, we’re taking it back to where it all began—Muay Thai. Before we became Brisbane’s biggest combat sports gym, The Fight Centre started as a Muay Thai-only gym, so it only feels right to dedicate Fight Night 6 to the sport that started it all.
On Friday, February 21st, 2025, we’re bringing the community together for a night of action, good food, and fun for the whole family. Whether you train with us, have mates stepping into the ring, or just love the energy of a fight night, this is an event you don’t want to miss!
👊 The Fighters – 10 Weeks of Hard Work
The fighters stepping into the ring aren’t pros—they’re everyday people who committed themselves to a 10-week fight camp over Christmas, pushing themselves through early mornings, hard training sessions, and plenty of mental and physical battles. They’ve shown up, put in the work, and now they’re stepping into the ring for three rounds of exhibition Muay Thai, wearing 16oz gloves.
This isn’t about knockouts or titles—it’s about testing themselves, proving what they’re capable of, and showing the discipline and effort that Muay Thai is all about.

🍔 Food, Drinks & The Battle of the Meals
Fight Night isn’t just about the fights—it’s about the whole event experience, and we’ve made sure there’s plenty of good food to go around.
We’ve got food trucks rolling in, including:
- Lemak Express, featuring the famous battle The Law burger vs. The Chong Ali—one’s a burger named after our pro fighter and coach Nate Law, the other’s a fried chicken and noodle dish named after one of our OG coaches Minh Nueng. Which one are you backing?
- Dagwood Dogs for that classic carnival feel.
- This is an alcohol FREE event—no BYO.
🐐 The Odd Squad Petting Zoo is Back!
If you’re bringing the family, The Odd Squad petting zoo is here again for the kids to get up close with some farm animals before the fights start. This was a massive hit last time, so we’re bringing it back!
👊 Kids Exhibition Matches to Kick Off the Night
Before the fight camp crew step in, we’re giving the kids a chance to showcase their skills in some light exhibition matches. This is a great way for them to build confidence and have their moment under the lights.
🔥 Be Part of the Celebration!
This event isn’t just about the fights—it’s about celebrating 10 years of The Fight Centre, the sport of Muay Thai, and the community that’s made it all possible.
And we’re not stopping here! After Fight Night 6, we’re keeping the celebrations rolling with The Blackout Boat Party on Saturday, February 22nd. We’ve hired out The Oasis Boat—three levels, 500 people, DJs, and drinks flowing all night. It’s the perfect way to cap off the weekend and celebrate a decade of TFC with the crew.
So grab your tickets for both events, get around the fight night, then back it up with a massive night on the river.
